Absolute piece of rubbish - avoid
HoMedics 5 in 1 TotalClean Air Purifier - Purchased one just on 3 years ago, packed up does not work, no longer switches on.

Support from Homemedics is terrible, dont waste your time with this junk

Poor service from this company!
Poor service from this company!! I ordered online and paid for next day delivery but my items never arrived. I contacted customer service, found it was almost impossible to ever get a reply from them, and when you do get a reply it’s something useless such as asking if the order has arrived yet, which they could easily check themselves via the tracking!! All in all it took my order almost three weeks to arrive! And it’s taken five weeks to get the delivery charge refunded.
I have ordered successfully from this company in the past, but going forward I will be avoiding them at all costs!!

Great product at a great price
Great product at a great price. Super fast delivery within 48 hours. Having been let down by other companies l was almost waiting for delivery issues but this was the most efficient delivery over the festive period. Also love the product particularly the heat aspect of the stretch mat.

I have ordered 2 small items from this…
I have ordered 2 small items from this company it’s been 5 days no tracking supplied. I wish I never ordered. From this company my items have not arrived they have taken the payment and nothing I should have checked the reviews first before ordering to all customers thinking off ordering from homemedic don’t you will not receive anything I will open a case against this company I will never order anything from them taking customers Money and not receiving your product

This is a scammer company
This is a scammer company. But you get something for your money at the end at least. They have a shocking unlawful return policy. It looks they never heard about consumer law. They say you can't get your money if the item was opened... Weird. How can you try something unopened? The massager I bought was the most expensive one from their website. I thought it will do good for that money. It is worse than what they had years ago. Less functions. It doesn't even reach my upper back. Causing more pain. It's weird this company could still exist. They try to scare their own customers with unlawful policy not to send back their e waste. If I am confident about what I am selling, why to I try to trick people? I had to report them to trading standards.

Online, mail and telephone order customers have the right to cancel their order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. Sales of this kind are known as ‘distance selling’.

You must offer a refund to customers if they’ve told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they’ve told you.

You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back. They do not have to provide a reason.

Homedics con - no reply at all from customer support
Order never arrived and I paid for next day delivery. Customer support doesn't answer any of my emails and there is no answer at FKA Brands which owns Homedics on any extension at all. The company is obviously in serious trouble and we customers are the victims and they're keeping our money and delaying refunding us, if at all. This is a scandal.

Would give zero stars if I could
Would give zero stars if I could. Item not received and according to tracking was never passed to courier. Still waiting for response from them. With the amount of reviews that say the same thing in recent weeks/months and the fact that their phone support has been discontinued in that time, my next stage is to contact trading standards for miss selling and whether or not this is a form of fraud

Dreadful Company - AVOID AVOID AVOID
I ordered a massager on 7th December as a Christmas present which cost £100. They lost it before it even got to their courier. The tracking from the courier still shows as "We're expecting it"

When it became apparent I wasnt going to get it in time for Christmas, I asked for a refund - they told me they needed time to investigate. They are now ignoring every single message I have sent them since the 21st December and 14 days later I am still waiting for my money back.

This has been an absoutely horrible experience with a horrible company who have ruined my Christmas and I advise anyone reading this to avoid dealing with them, spend your money elsewhere.

I have been waiting weeks for a refund on an item I returned to them which was unopened and returned as per their instructions. Their "customer service" is appalling. I would recommend avoiding doing business with this company.

Knowingly Misselling / Not As Described Products
Purchased a Homedics Percussion 'Deep Tissue' massager from Argos.

Unlike as it's described this product is not a heat massager and does not heat in any way.

Going by reviews (the real ones..) both Argos and Homedics know this but continue to falsely advertise.

I've got a refund and have reported to Trading Standards.

This company has very poor customer…
This company has very poor customer service they send automated responses and do not answer questions raised but try to avoid the issue and put the blame on the courier service EVRI who have no information as to when they will receive my order my next day delivery which was for Friday 18th Nov and has still not arrived now in its 8th day and has missed the birthday it was intended for. I cannot get response from home medics as to why and have tried to cancel order and get a refund but they ignore my request and now have to wait another 7 days before bank can reclaim my funds. in ten years of online purchasing this is the worst service I have experience as a so called health aware company they have no empathy or even seem to care about their poor service to their customers

I do not recomend this company, i never get the goods never got refund back, i contacted them, they say wait, but clealry seen on tracking page that item been lost. Now they dont even answer to my emails. Avoid this company, now i will contact the bank

I have ordered a pillow massage
I have ordered a pillow massage, the Item was working perfectly, but for me it was bulky and not very confortable as a pillow to massage my neck. I decided to return it, and received a prompt response from customer service, and the refund process was very quick, therefore even if I didn't keep the item, the whole process was excellent!

Homedics Air purifier model AP-T20 avoid at all cost don’t buy one as their flimsy if they fall over the fan breaks and you cannot get a replacement as that’s what happened to mine after a few months of use when I contacted the company and asked for about a repair they said they don’t have anyone to repair them when I asked where I could get the plastic fan part so I could change it myself they said they don’t do parts and theirs no where to get any so you will have to buy a new one.
